Conditions We Treat

Expert care for every sleep disorder

If any of these sound familiar, we can help you find answers — and real relief.

Sleep Apnea

A disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts through the night. Left untreated, it raises the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. We diagnose and treat obstructive, central, and complex sleep apnea with CPAP, oral appliances, Inspire®, lifestyle changes, and more.

Insomnia

Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting restorative rest — leading to daytime fatigue, poor concentration, and mood changes. We treat acute, chronic, and comorbid insomnia, with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I) as the gold-standard approach.

Snoring

Often more than a nuisance — loud, chronic snoring can signal obstructed airflow or underlying sleep apnea. We pinpoint the cause, from nasal obstruction to throat muscle tone or weight, and treat it effectively.

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)

A neurological disorder causing an uncontrollable urge to move the legs, often with tingling, itching, or aching that worsens at night. We evaluate causes such as iron deficiency and provide targeted treatment to restore sleep.

Narcolepsy

A chronic neurological disorder that disrupts the brain's sleep-wake control, causing overwhelming daytime sleepiness and sudden sleep attacks. Accurate diagnosis with polysomnography and the MSLT guides effective, lasting management.

Hypersomnia

Excessive daytime sleepiness despite adequate nighttime sleep — with persistent drowsiness, sleep inertia, and brain fog. We investigate the underlying cause and build a targeted plan to help you regain your energy.

Parasomnias

Unusual behaviors during sleep — sleepwalking, night terrors, sleep talking, and REM sleep behavior disorder. We diagnose with sleep studies and video monitoring, then manage symptoms to protect restful, safe sleep.

Circadian Rhythm Disorders

When your internal clock falls out of sync with your life — including delayed and advanced sleep-phase disorders, shift work disorder, and jet lag. We help realign your rhythm with light therapy, melatonin, and schedule strategies.
